Factory rubber bushings are soft enough to allow suspension articulation, but that softness lets the rear axle move under acceleration and braking - causing wheel hop. Standard polyurethane bushings fix the hop but bind up during cornering, straining the chassis torque boxes. J&M's 3-piece Poly-Ball bushing uses a hard inner synthetic elastomer ball with soft outer cups to control axle movement without introducing suspension bind, and the on-car adjustable length lets you dial in pinion angle without pulling the arms off the car.
