How coverage works

J&M Products warrants its own parts as stated on each product page. This page does not add coverage that is not already listed for that part.

Caster/camber plates

Where the product page says so: lifetime to the original owner if a plate bends or a bearing wears out. Does not apply to race cars.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the customer receiving the product. You must contact J&M Products first for an RMA number. Packages returned without an RMA on the outside of the box may be refused.

Non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. After the 30-day window, defects follow the warranty stated on that product page.
